Nikolay Dubik

Nikolay Dubik, was born in 1971

Graduated from the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Law. Since 1992 till 1997 he worked as the legal adviser of a judge in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.

Since 1997 he has been employed with Open Joint Stock Company Gazprom. Since 2002 till 2003 he was Head of Directorate of Legal Support for Foreign economic policy of OJSC Gazprom. From 2003 to 2008 he was Deputy Head of the Legal Department of OJSC Gazprom.

In 2008 he was appointed Head of the Legal Department and in June 2008 he was elected Member of the Managing Committee of OJSC Gazprom.

Nikolay Dubik is Counsellor of Justice of the 1st Class and member of the Board of Directors of several companies of the Gazprom Group, among them OJSC Gazprom Neft.
